A family-led, neighbourhood dental practice with a real heart for the community we serve. Get to know our story, our team and what makes us different.

St Margarets Smiles has been part of the community at 165 St Margarets Road since 2001. For over 25 years, we've quietly grown alongside the families we look after - watching first wobbly teeth come and go, calming pre-wedding nerves, fixing the occasional sports injury, and looking after multiple generations of the same families.
In 2024, the practice was taken under new ownership by Arjinder Chohan and his team, with a clear vision: to keep everything that's wonderful about a long-established neighbourhood dental practice (the warmth, the trust, the familiarity), while bringing in the latest standards in dentistry, gentle modern techniques, and a real focus on patient care. We're proud of where we've come from, and excited about what's next.
We offer a complete range of dental care under one roof - everything from routine NHS check-ups to discreet cosmetic transformations.

Everyday care for the whole family - including check-ups, hygiene appointments, children's dentistry, emergency care and more.
Subtle, considered cosmetic dentistry to refresh, refine or transform your smile.
A complete pathway for replacing missing teeth - from individual dental implants to crowns, dentures and full-arch solutions.
Discreet, removable orthodontic treatment for adults and older teens.
We're a family-friendly practice that warmly welcomes patients of all ages, backgrounds and dental needs:
Our team is small but mighty - chosen as much for warmth and patience as for clinical skill. You'll be looked after by Dr Paramjit Panesar, who has over 25 years of experience in St Margarets and holds a Diploma in Implant Dentistry from UCL, and Dr Emily Johnson, an Invisalign-trained dentist known for her gentle, calm approach with patients of all ages.
Our hygienist Rachael Kayibanda completes the team, bringing a particular focus on periodontal care and prevention-based dentistry. Whoever you see, you'll feel genuinely looked after from your very first visit.

There's a lot to be said for a practice with deep roots in the community - and a team that genuinely loves what they do.
