Facial aesthetics is the name for a range of minimally invasive injectable treatments that subtly refresh and rejuvenate your appearance. The two most popular treatments we offer are anti-wrinkle treatment, which gently relaxes the muscles that cause expression lines, and dermal fillers, which restore lost volume and definition to areas like the lips and cheeks.

We'll start with an unhurried conversation about what you'd like to change. Your clinician will look carefully at your face, listen to your concerns, and explain exactly what's possible (and what to avoid) so you can make an informed decision.
Treatment planning
Together we'll agree on the right treatment, the right areas, and the right amount. Our philosophy is always "less is more" - we'd rather you came back for a top-up than overdo things at the first visit.
Your treatment appointment
The treatment itself is quick, with most appointments completed in 30 minutes or less. Anti-wrinkle treatment involves a series of tiny injections into the targeted muscles, while dermal fillers are gently injected into the chosen area using a fine needle or cannula.
After your treatment
You can usually go straight back to your day, with no real downtime. We'll give you a clear set of aftercare instructions to help your results settle beautifully.
Reviewing your results
For anti-wrinkle treatment, full results show after about two weeks - we'll see you for a quick follow-up to check you're happy and to make any small adjustments if needed. Filler results are visible immediately and develop further over the following days.

How much do facial aesthetics cost in Twickenham?
Our facial aesthetics treatments are priced clearly and transparently.
Common treatment areas for anti-wrinkle treatment include the forehead, around and under the eyes, the mouth, the jaw and the neck. Results typically appear within a few days, with full effect after a couple of weeks, and periodic top-ups are recommended to maintain your results. Dermal fillers are made from hyaluronic acid - a substance naturally found in your skin - and last for several months before gradually breaking down.

Will I look "done"?
Not if we have anything to do with it. Our philosophy is subtle, natural-looking results - we'd rather you came back for a small top-up than walk out looking obviously treated. A good facial aesthetics result is one where people tell you that you look well, but they can't quite put their finger on why.
Does it hurt?
Most patients describe the sensation as a quick pinch or sting that passes within seconds. We use very fine needles, and we can apply a topical numbing cream beforehand for treatments like lip fillers if you'd like.
How long do the results last?
Anti-wrinkle results typically last 3 to 4 months, sometimes longer with regular treatment. Dermal filler results vary by area and individual but generally last 6 to 12 months before they're gradually broken down by your body and need topping up.
Is there any downtime?
For most treatments, there's no real downtime - you can go straight back to work or your day. You may have some small bumps, redness or mild bruising at the injection sites for a day or two, particularly with fillers. We'll give you clear aftercare advice to help everything settle smoothly.
