A small but mighty team, chosen as much for warmth and patience as for clinical skill. Get to know the friendly faces who'll be looking after your smile in Twickenham.

There's a particular kind of pride that comes with running a long-established neighbourhood practice. Our team includes dentists who've been part of the St Margarets community for decades, alongside newer team members who've chosen us because of our family-led approach. We believe great dentistry starts with great relationships - which is why we take real care to build a team you'll want to come back to, year after year.
Our experienced team of dentists brings together decades of clinical skill, genuine warmth and a shared belief in honest, considered care.

Paramjit graduated from Kings College London in 1996 and has been practicing in St Margarets for over 20 years. His experience and dedication have guided him through complex and advanced treatments as part of the Restorative Dentistry team at Kingston Hospital. Passionate about Continuing Professional Development, Paramjit regularly attends postgraduate courses and lectures to further enhance his skills and knowledge. He has also been an Educational Supervisor for newly qualified dentists, helping them transition from dental school to general practice.
Paramjit’s commitment to excellence led him to the world-renowned Eastman Dental Institute, where he completed a postgraduate qualification in Dental Implants, gaining formal accreditation in this intricate field.
His main interests lie in restorative dentistry, particularly minimally invasive aesthetic, biomimetic dentistry, endodontics, and dental implants. Paramjit also explores the use of ‘invisible braces’ to straighten or align teeth, either as a stand-alone option or in conjunction with other treatments such as tooth whitening, composite edge bonding or direct composite veneers.
Outside of work, he enjoys developing his culinary skills and has a keen interest in fermented foods, including bread. He also places a strong emphasis on self-improvement through continuous learning and personal development.

Emily graduated with Honours from Cardiff University, where she built a strong foundation across all areas of general dentistry. She enjoys caring for patients of all ages and is known for her gentle, calm approach, helping even nervous patients feel relaxed and comfortable. With a strong emphasis on prevention and patient education, she takes the time to explain treatment options clearly so patients feel confident and involved in their care. An Invisalign provider, she offers discreet orthodontic options to help patients achieve a straighter, more confident smile. Outside of the practice, she enjoys staying active through running and swimming.
Our hygienist plays a vital role in keeping your gums and teeth healthy between dental visits.

Rachael qualified as a dental hygienist from the University of Essex in 2025. Prior to this, she worked as a dental nurse, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a strong understanding of dentistry from multiple perspectives. Having grown up around dentistry, with her mother also working in the profession, she developed an early interest in oral health and patient care.
Her main clinical focus is the management of periodontal disease and prevention- based dentistry. She is passionate about helping patients understand their oral health, empowering them to take control through education, tailored hygiene care and long-term prevention strategies. She particularly enjoys working with nervous patients, drawing on her own extensive personal health journey to provide care that is empathetic, reassuring and patient centred.
Her treatment philosophy is rooted in holistic health. She believes oral health is closely connected to overall wellbeing and takes time to explore the wider factors that may influence each patient's dental health. By looking beyond symptoms alone, she aims to deliver personalised, thorough and effective care in a supportive environment.
Outside of dentistry, Rachael has a strong interest in geography and enjoys keeping active by going to the gym. She is a committed Christian, and her faith plays an important role in shaping her values, particularly kindness, compassion and integrity, which she brings into her everyday work with patients. She also has a natural curiosity and love of learning, and is passionate about continuing her professional development to ensure she provides the highest standard of care
Behind every well-run practice is a practice manager who keeps everything ticking along beautifully - from your appointment bookings and treatment plans to the day-to-day running of the practice.

You'll meet our front of house team the moment you walk through the door. They're often the first port of call for booking, queries and friendly chats - and a big part of why our patients love coming back.

Our dental nurses support our dentists throughout your treatment, making sure everything runs smoothly, comfortably and to the highest standards of care. They're often the unsung heroes of every great practice - and ours are no exception.

Very good service, thanks.
