The practice is just a two-minute walk from St Margarets station, on the South Western Railway line from London Waterloo. The station sits in Travelcard Zone 4, with frequent trains running between Waterloo, Richmond, Twickenham and Windsor & Eton Riverside. When you exit the station, simply turn right and walk a short distance along St Margarets Road - we're at number 165. The station has step-free access to all platforms and accepts Oyster and contactless payment.

St Margarets Road (the A3004) is the main road through the district, linking Richmond to Twickenham. We're near the junction with Crown Road, with parking spaces available near the practice entrance - including dedicated disabled spaces. Easy to reach from anywhere in TW1, East Twickenham, Isleworth, Whitton and the wider Richmond upon Thames borough.

Plenty of London bus routes serve the St Margarets area, with stops within easy walking distance of the practice. The most useful for our patients are routes 33, 110, 267, 481, 490, H22, H37, R68 and R70 - between them, they connect Richmond, Hounslow, Fulwell, Hampton, Kingston, Heathrow and central London. Night routes N22 and N33 are also useful for late-evening journeys.

If you're travelling from Heathrow, the 490 bus runs directly from Terminals 4 and 5 via Hatton Cross and Feltham to St Margarets - no changes needed. Alternatively, take the Piccadilly line to Hammersmith and change to a 33, 110 or 267 bus heading towards St Margarets.

Cycling is a lovely way to reach us. The quiet residential streets of St Margarets are easy to navigate by bike, and the traffic-free Thames towpath between Richmond and Twickenham makes for a particularly pleasant route. Bike storage is available at St Margarets station, with additional cycle racks on Crown Road near the shops.

Many of our local patients walk to the practice from the surrounding St Margarets, East Twickenham and central Twickenham areas. The riverside paths along the Thames make for a particularly lovely walk in nicer weather - especially if you're coming in for a relaxed weekend appointment.

We're open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and by appointment on weekends - particularly handy for patients in St Margarets and East Twickenham who can't make weekday appointments.

We recommend arriving around five minutes before your appointment time, which gives our reception team a chance to check you in and (for new patients) hand over any short forms to complete. If you've filled in your forms online beforehand, you can simply arrive at your appointment time.
